Multi-User Pricing
The above module prices are for a single-user system. If you wish to have multi-user access to the modules you have chosen, add the following charges.
2-User Multi-User System - $3,700
Each additional user - $1,600
IMPORTANT NOTE: OPTIMEYES uses a state-of-the-art "Client/Server" architecture for its multi-user system. This means you must designate one of your computers as a "Dedicated" Server and cannot use it as a data-entry workstation. This computer's sole function is to manage the multi-user process, and cannot be interrupted by other functions. As an example, if you want to run OPTIMEYES on 3 computers, you must have a total of 4 computers using 1 computer as the dedicated server and the other 3 computers as "Clients" or Workstations.
Technical Support
Technical Support is free for the first 30 days. Thereafter, Technical Support is billed by credit card at $200/hour. For "side-by-side” Technical Support, PC users first need to purchase either "PC Anywhere" or GoToMyPC.com software. Mac users need to purchase "Timbuktu" software.
